Singapore Quality Award (SQA)
 ST Electronics, as a member of the Singapore Technologies Engineering Group, became the first public-listed company in Singapore to attain the Singapore Quality Award (SQA) in 2002. ST Engineering won the SQA on its first attempt as a Group and is one of only two companies in Singapore to attain the prestigious Singapore Quality Award (SQA) with Special Commendation in 2007.
The SQA is the pinnacle award conferred to organisations in Singapore in recognition of their attainment of world-class standards in business excellence. The SQA is recognised as one of the premier business excellence awards in the world, on par with the US Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the European Quality Award and the Australian Business Excellence Award.
IS0 9001
 The company was certified to ISO 9001 since 1997. The scope of certification includes System Design, Development, Installation, Training and Operational Systems.
